DP Hair Company makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, pricing, measurements, colors, textures, and other product information.

DP Hair Company reserves the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, or other website errors.

Orders

DP Hair Company reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, supplier issues, or circumstances affecting fulfillment.

If DP Hair Company cancels an order before fulfillment, the customer will be notified and any refund required by applicable law will be processed accordingly.

Pre-Orders

Certain products are available by pre-order only. Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable Pre-Order Policy before completing a purchase.

Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for pre-order fulfillment, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier transit time is additional.

Returns & Exchanges

All hair extension purchases are subject to the DP Hair Company Return & Refund Policy.

Hair extension purchases are final sale. Exchanges are limited to unused, unopened, unaltered hair that remains in its original condition, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Product Care & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for following appropriate installation, maintenance, styling, and care instructions for their hair extensions.

DP Hair Company is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, chemical processing, excessive heat, cutting, coloring, bleaching, or other alterations made after purchase.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, photographs, graphics, text, product descriptions, branding, and other original materials, is the property of DP Hair Company or is used with appropriate permission and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without authorization.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DP Hair Company is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, improper coloring or chemical processing, failure to follow care instructions, or alterations made to hair extensions after purchase.

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable Texas and federal law, to the extent applicable.
