Returns & Exchanges Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


Due to the nature of hair extensions and for hygiene and quality-control purposes, DP Hair Company does not offer refunds on hair extensions.


We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair that has been opened, worn, altered, washed, colored, bleached, cut, installed, manipulated, or otherwise tampered with.


Exchanges


Exchanges are available only at the owners discretion and only unused and unopened hair that remains in its original condition will be considered!


To be eligible for an exchange:


  • The hair must be completely unused.
  • The package must be unopened.
  • The hair must not have been worn, installed, washed, colored, bleached, cut, brushed, combed, manipulated, or otherwise altered.
  • The wefts must remain intact and in the same condition in which they were received/purchased.
  • The original packaging must be intact.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition.


If the hair has been opened or altered in any way, it is not eligible for an exchange.


No Refunds

DP Hair Company does not issue refunds for hair extensions.


All purchases are considered final once payment has been processed, except where DP Hair Company determines that an order qualifies for an exchange under this policy or where applicable law requires otherwise.


Before Installing Your Hair


We strongly recommend inspecting your extensions before opening, altering, installing, washing, coloring, cutting, or otherwise manipulating them.


Once the hair has been opened or altered, it may no longer qualify for an exchange.


If you believe you received the wrong product or there is an issue with your order, contact us before altering or installing the hair.
