Shipping Policy
DP Hair Company currently offers hair extensions by pre-order only until November 2026.
Processing & Fulfillment
Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for your pre-order to be processed and fulfilled.
This timeframe refers to the time needed for your extensions to be prepared and either shipped to you or received at our Texas storefront for eligible store-pickup orders.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
The 7–10 business-day fulfillment timeframe is separate from carrier transit time.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected, destination, carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of DP Hair Company’s control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the destination, order details, and shipping method selected at checkout.
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before your order is completed.
Store Pickup
Eligible customers may choose store pickup when available.
Customers selecting store pickup will be notified when their order has arrived and is ready for pickup.
Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
Delays
DP Hair Company makes every effort to fulfill orders within the stated timeframe. However, supplier delays, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect fulfillment or delivery.
If we become aware that an order cannot be fulfilled within the stated timeframe, we will contact the customer regarding the delay and any options available under applicable law.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
DP Hair Company is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
