Return & Refund Policy

ALL HAIR EXTENSION SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of hair extensions and for hygiene and quality-control purposes, DP Hair Company does not offer refunds on hair extensions.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair that has been opened, worn, altered, washed, colored, bleached, cut, installed, manipulated, or otherwise tampered with.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for unused and unopened hair that remains in its original condition.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The hair must be completely unused.
  • The package must be unopened.
  • The hair must not have been worn, installed, washed, colored, bleached, cut, brushed, combed, manipulated, or otherwise altered.
  • The wefts must remain intact and in the same condition in which they were received.
  • The original packaging must remain intact.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition.

If the hair has been opened or altered in any way, it is not eligible for an exchange.

No Refunds

DP Hair Company does not issue refunds for hair extensions.

All purchases are considered final once payment has been processed, except where DP Hair Company determines that an order qualifies for an exchange under this policy or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Before Installing Your Hair

We strongly recommend inspecting your extensions before opening, altering, installing, washing, coloring, cutting, or otherwise manipulating them.

If you believe you received the wrong product or there is an issue with your order, contact DP Hair Company before altering or installing the hair.

DP Hair Company reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise before approving an exchange.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
