Please Read Before Placing Your Order

DP Hair Company currently operates on a pre-order model for hair extensions.

When you place an order, you are purchasing an item that may need to be specially ordered or obtained before it is shipped to you or made available for store pickup.

Processing Time

Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for pre-order fulfillment.

This timeframe begins after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been received.

The 7–10 business-day timeframe does not include weekends or holidays and does not necessarily represent carrier transit time.

Important Pre-Order Notice

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are placing a pre-order and agree to the stated fulfillment timeframe.

Please do not place a pre-order if you need your hair by a specific date unless you have contacted DP Hair Company beforehand and received confirmation that your requested timeframe can be accommodated.

Changes or Delays

Although DP Hair Company makes every effort to fulfill pre-orders within the stated timeframe, supplier availability and unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect fulfillment.

If a significant delay occurs, DP Hair Company will contact the customer regarding the delay and available options.

Pre-Order Cancellation

Once a pre-order has been submitted, cancellation requests may not be accommodated if the order has already been processed or placed with our supplier.

Because hair extensions are sold under our final-sale policy, customers should carefully review product details before completing a purchase.
